NewsInclusion International Presents Submission to DFID Consultation on the Elimination of World Poverty[Last updated Wednesday, April 12, 2006] The UK Department of Foreign Affairs (DFID) held consultations with organizations involved in development cooperation to respond to questions about how to step up our efforts to eliminate world poverty. II’s submission to the consultations is based on our view that effective progress towards the elimination of world poverty depends not only on the inclusion of people with disabilities and their families in development but also on the development of a model for “inclusive development”.
